GST (Goods and Services Tax) All Prices displayed are inclusive of Australian GST applied at the rate of 10%. All shipments to an address outside Australia and its Territories will have the GST component removed.
Website Information Pets Bazaar provides information within this website which is intended to provided general information about its products only. It is not intended to replace medical advice, medical visits or recommendations from health care professionals. It is important to follow your Vet’s advice in addressing your pets health care needs.
Returns and Refunds Your complete satisfaction is our primary concern. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please first contact sales@petsbazaar.com.au and advise of the difficulty or issues with the products. Our highly trained team will assist you and should a return be necessary arrangements made. Items may be returned for refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was paid. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
When you receive your items, please check the packing list against your copy of the order to assure that there are no discrepancies between items ordered and items received.
Products to be returned must be in their original packaging and MUST be returned within 14 days of invoice date. Please keep all packing slips and related materials in case of returns! Please note that we can process returns and refunds only for items purchased from petsbazaar.com.au.
If a product that you order is not available at the time of purchase or there are delays in the supply of goods you will be notified by email to the address that you have given at time of signup.
Waiver of Legal Right If a user breaches any of these terms and conditions of use, and Pets Bazaar has knowledge of that breach, a failure to pursue legal action or to enforce any remedy against the user will not constitute a waiver of Pets Bazaar legal rights.
Any waiver of any provision of these terms and conditions of use will only be effective if it is in writing and signed by Pets Bazaar.
Governing Law Unless expressly stated to the contrary, these terms and conditions of use and the Services offered by Pets Bazaar are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
